Terms of sale

The terms on which Infoblu Limited sells its products online: prices, delivery, cancellation, refunds and what to do if something is wrong.

Who we are

You are buying from Infoblu Limited, registered in England and Wales, company number 11499227, at 86-90 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NE, VAT number GB302136754. Contact us at hello@infoblu.io.

These terms apply to every product we sell online. Where a product's page states something specific, such as a delivery time, a refund period or its own terms of service, that applies as well. Our privacy notice explains how we use your personal data.

You buy as a business if you buy for your trade or profession, and as a consumer if you buy for yourself. The sections on cancelling and on consumer rights apply to consumers only.

Prices, payment and delivery

You pay the price shown on the product's page when you order. Business prices are shown without VAT, which we add at the current UK rate. Consumer prices in pounds include VAT. Prices in US dollars exclude any sales tax; checkout shows any tax before you pay. If we have made an obvious pricing mistake, we tell you before delivery and you can cancel for a full refund.

Our contract starts when you place your order, and we confirm it by email. We deliver by email, in your browser or in your account, within the time stated on the product's page. If we cannot deliver, we refund you in full.

A subscription runs for the period you paid for and renews only where the product's page and checkout say so. You can stop a renewal at any time before the renewal date by emailing us. We tell you about any price change before your next renewal.

Cancelling, if you are a consumer

You have 14 days from the day you order to change your mind and cancel. For digital content, if you ask at checkout to receive it straight away and confirm that you lose your right to cancel once it is delivered, your right to cancel ends on delivery. For a service you ask us to start within the 14 days, you pay a fair share for the work done if you then cancel, and you cannot cancel once the service is complete.

To cancel, email hello@infoblu.io within the 14 days. We refund you within 14 days to the card you paid with. Where a product's page promises a money-back period, that promise is in addition to these rights.

If something is wrong

If you are a consumer, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 says digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described, and services must be carried out with reasonable care and skill. If something we supply is faulty, you can ask us to repair or replace it, or to do the service again; if we cannot, you can have some or all of your money back. These terms do not affect those rights.

If you are a business, we supply our products with reasonable care and skill and as described. If something is wrong, tell us and we correct it, send it again or refund what you paid for it.

For any complaint, email us and we will try to put it right.

Using what you buy

What you buy is for your own use, or for use within your own organisation. Please do not resell or republish it. Our products give information, not legal, financial or professional advice; where a product is built from public registers or reads a document for you, check the source before you act on it.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.

If you are a consumer, we are responsible for loss that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill, but not for business losses, as our consumer products are for private use. If you are a business, we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data, or for indirect loss, and our total liability for each order is limited to what you paid us for it in the previous 12 months.

If something outside our reasonable control delays us, we tell you and do what we can to limit it. If the delay is long, you can cancel and we refund what you paid for anything not received.

Changes and the law

We date every version of these terms at the top of the page. The terms in force when you order apply to that order. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers may bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales or, if they live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, their local courts, and keep any protection their local law does not allow to be excluded. For businesses, the courts of England and Wales alone decide any dispute.
