Closed and renamed settings come off your call list before anyone wastes a visit.
What is in every report
One entry per change at the nurseries, pre-schools, after-school clubs and holiday clubs run by companies and charities in England that opened, closed, changed their registered places or changed their name since the last Ofsted release. Each entry names the setting, its local authority and postcode, what changed, the registered owner as Ofsted holds it, and the owner's Companies House number where it matches. The report covers 150 local authorities and arrives by email as a file that opens in Excel and imports into your CRM.
Settings run by childminders and other individuals are counted in the totals and never named, and so are companies whose name may identify a person.
